Seeds for Sure Smoothie 1 Tbsp Enerfood Coco Verde Smoothie 1 Tbsp Enerfood Coconut Pudding Add 2 parts coconut milk to 1 part Enerhealth Freeze Dried Coconut Flakes and leave in the refrigerator over night. In the morning you will have a coconut pudding. Coconut Macaroons Whip egg whites until foamy. Fold in Enerhealth Freeze Dried Coconut Flakes until mixture will form balls. You want to add enough so that it will form the balls, but not so much that the mixture is crumbly. Take the balls and place them on a cookie sheet. Bake at 250 for 6-7 minutes. They will be very lightly browned. These have no sugar added and are low carb. If you want a sweeter cookie you can add stevia or a touch of any natural sweetener. But they are very nice with no sweetener, especially if you are health conscious or have any health problems. Do not get the oven too hot or leave them in too long. This recipe will not work with regular coconut, only the freeze dried coconut. It is the extra sweet flavor of this wonderful coconut nut that makes it all possible. Most people find it hard to believe this coconut is not sweetened.
